We currently offer free shipping on all Claii ceramic water filters to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

For countries outside this list, additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: Any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

Our website only processes orders for European shipments. If you want to place an international shipment, feel free to contact us.

Processing Time

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days of receiving your order.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery within Europe is 3–10 working days, depending on your location.
