Handcrafted ceramic stoneware.

Glaze
Interior and exterior glazed with a gloss finish. All glazes are non-toxic, food-safe, and designed for everyday use.

Each Claii water filter is handcrafted in small batches by skilled ceramic artisans in Portugal. Created in a workshop with five generations of craftsmanship.

Due to the handmade nature of the product, slight variations in colour, texture and finish are part of its character and make every piece unique.

For best filtration performance, we recommend replacing your filter candle approximately every 6 months.

Replacement frequency can vary depending on your water quality and daily usage. In areas with higher levels of sediment or contaminants, the filter may need replacing sooner.

We currently offer free shipping on all Claii ceramic water filters to most* countries in Europe + United Kingdom.

International Shipping

Processing Time

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of receiving your order.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery within Europe & UK is 3–10 working days, depending on your location.

Damaged Deliveries

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and provide:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged product
• Photographs of the packaging

We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement.

Returns

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we encourage customers to review all product information carefully before placing an order.

30 days to decide. If it isn't right, we collect it and refund you in full.
